log analysis - help appreciated

After trying to remove a trojan that Housecall caught (Not Norton) I am unsure of my success. Housecall named it something like troj_inservice.h

I've run Housecall again, it didn't find anything. Ad-aware + Spybot come up clear. Help in analysing the following log would be much appreciated!
