I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Bazzoka scanner told me I am infected with SystemDir.explorer AND SystemDir.regedit

Is this a false positive?
if a real infection, what exact steps do I take/do to get rid or these 2 infections?

Tell me to run or post to help you help me.

I was warned to be patient....I'll try but it's making me panic knowing I might be infected.
