Hello,

I see you don't have an antivirus installed.
Any reason?
I strongly suggest you install one before proceeding with next steps.
Also install a Firewall.

AVG, Bitdefender OR Avast are good FREE antivirus.
Never install more than one antivirusscanner or firewall on your system! Several together can give problems and decreases the reliability of it seriously!
Zonealarm, Kerio OR Sygate are FREE firewalls.

Understanding and using firewalls

Update your antivirus and let it perform a full scan and let it delete everything it is finding!!

REBOOT afterwards.

After reboot....

Download FindQoologic.zip save it to your Desktop.
http://downloads.subratam.org/Find-Qoologic.zip

Extract (unzip) the files inside into their own folder called FindQoologic.
Read here how to unzip/extract properly:
http://metallica.geekstogo.com/xpcompressedexplanation.html

Open the FindQoologic folder. Preferable to your desktop.
Locate and double-click the Find-Qoologic.bat file to run it.
Choose option 1 for Run Findqoologic by typing 1 and pressing enter.
This will scan your system.
Wait until a text opens.
Post this in your next reply together with a new hijackthislog.
