Can any one tell me how to get sort out this problem

The instruction at "0x02e8c512" refrenced memory at "0x00000000" the memory could not be "read" click on ok to terminate the program

this happens ever time i go on to the internet

Welcome. Try this:If you're using Windows 2000/XP:

1. Right-click the My Network Places icon and select Properties.
2. Right-click the Local Area Connection icon and select Properties.
3. Double-click the line in the network components list that includes TCP/IP.
4. Make sure that the Obtain An IP Address Automatically option is selected.

Usually your isp should have a guide on their site.
