Bad internet connection

The internet connection is bad on this computer

However this computer has 3 accounts and 1 out of 3 can go into the internet but the other 2 accounts can't with firefox or IE7.

The modem lights turn on... So its getting internet it does not work in safe mode with Networking either what can be wrong?

Those two accounts may be corrupted. Create new accounts and see, if they work fine.

As I said, create new accounts, transfer data from old accounts to new ones, delete old accounts.

I figured out the problem its a program called: "Websearch" It seems it was blocking the internet or firefox program from functioning correctly. :thumbsup:

If it's MyWebSearch, your computer is infected.
