I have Windows XP, just upgraded to IE8. Google is redirecting me to strange sites. And, Windows Update is not working anymore, send me to error page.

I've been running Malwarebytes and my NOD32 antivirus all day reading threads, but I'm getting no where fast.

Appears like I need to run some software to generate a report for a knowledgable person to analyze. Please help.
