My iTunes is not working because I have a corrupted or unreadable file. I have tried to delete it and do not know what to do. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes but cannot because of that file. This is the path:

C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.Resources\pt_PT.lproj\DevicePrefsRentedMovies.nib

If anyone knows how I can delete it so I can reinstall iTunes I would really appreciate it.

Ok I will close the other topic then.

Let's use FileASSASSIN by Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Simply download FileASSASSIN from one of the links below. If you selected the portable build, simply unzip and run the application, otherwise run the installer provided. Start FileASSASSIN

Now browse to the file(s) we want to remove using the drop down box next to Look in: at the top.
Locate the file(s), click Open.
You will be prompted with a message warning: This file will be permanently deleted. Are you sure you want to continue?. Click Yes.
If removal did not require a reboot, you will receive a message indicating the file was deleted successfully, however, I recommend you reboot anyway.[/list]

Caution: Be careful what you delete. FileAssassin is a powerful program, designed to move highly persistent files. Using it incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system.

When I run the FileASSASSIN I checked all 4 boxes (unlock locked file handles, unload modules, terminate the file's processes, and delete file) I get an error message that says:

An error occurred in function Delete file. FindRemoteFileHandles returned NULL value. This may affect deletion of the file. Please report this error to FileASSASIN report team.

What should I do?

Ok, do not force delete it.. Better to show it to them.
Contact Malwarebytes by sending an email. They have great support .
