When I click on links generated from a Yahoo search, I get redirected to random websites. The problem seems to be Yahoo specific as Google links give me no issues. I also get occassional pop-ups to random websites. I also notice that sometimes upon start-up of windows (XP) I see the task log being deleted (indicative of rookit infection?). McAfee scan finds nothing. Malwarebyte scan finds nothing. A scan with the beta version of McAfee rootkit scanner finds nothing, but still the problem persists. I need to help here for sure.
