So anyways,

Recently I've acquired a virus on my netbook, and cannot seem to get rid of it.

I used Malwarebytes in Safe Mode( It was the only way to start it,in normal mode, malwarebytes just wouldn't load up, unless i renamed the mbam.exe file.
I also used spybot, superantispyware etc.
I found different viruses ranging from rootkit.tdss, trojan.agent, etc.
This virus just will not go away!
I also cannot use windows update.

The symptoms included redirecting to results5.google.com
Also i cannot run any well known anti malware/spyware programs. (E.g malwarebytes) unless i renamed their .exe file.

After doing a system restore, everything seemed normal, and i quickly installed malwarebytes 1.46 and bought the full version.
Now a few days after, i noticed it continually says that it blocked (ip address) in the protection module.
After googlin it seems i still have the rootkit!
And every once a while the malwarebytes module pops up and i have to quarantine something in the appdata folder.

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at Step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
