For the last couple of days my pc has been running as slow as a snail. I am wondering if some one could have alook at my HJT log and see if they can find the problem. Thank you for your time..

NOthing bad here. Did this start happening after you installed something? Have you tried rebooting and seeing if that fixes the problem?
