Hello, I am having the exact same problem. When I go to Gmail, it says that there is a problem with the websites security certificate. If I do a search in Google, when I click on a search result, a random webpage pops up. I know it's a spam page that pops up. I've tried running Ad-Aware, and removed had it remove whatever it found. Still experiencing the problem. I tried running the tdsskiller tool. It found 1 instance, but still having the same problem.

I pinged www.google.com like someone asked and here is the reply:

Pinging www.google.com [] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from bytes=32 time=204ms TTL=45

Any ideas?
