Hello All.

delphinium at the Norton community forum suggested that I should see if anyone one here can help me resolve a re-curring virus that comes back after each re-boot. I'll be posting under the correct subject heading soon . . .

I live in Wales, and am looking forward to being virus free again. I've spent about 85 hours over the past week trying to get rid of the virus, and would like to have my life back so that I can continue my charity and community work which is largely PC based . . . and get some gardening done!

Regards to all,
Steve

Hello Steve and  to BleepingComputer.

For assistance with malware removal, please read the information about getting started. After you have followed the steps in that guide, I would like you to start a new thread HERE

It would be helpful if you post a note here once you have completed the steps in the guide and have started your topic in malware removal. Good luck and be patient. The MRT is very busy, so it could be several days (3-5 days is the average wait right now) before you receive a reply.
