windows vista home premium won't go to sleep on its own

this hewlett packard desktop has windows vista home premium and it seems to go to sleep and stay asleep fine when i make it go to sleep, but it doesn't go to sleep automatically when it's been idle for 20 minutes as it is set to do. can anyone help? Thanks.

it appears that i have fixed the problem by disabling a startup on my computer, namely the logitechquickcamribbon thing, hope it doesn't bleep up my computer though.

The drivers for the Logitech device may have been damaged, you may want to uninstall the whole package and then reinstall same.
