Slow Internet Explorer, clean Malwarebytes scan..help??

Hi everyone..

Hoping someone here can shed some light on what is going on with this laptop of mine.

Here are the specs on my laptop:

Toshiba Satellite L505
Pentium Dual Cor T4400
2.20 GHz 3.00 GB with 2.87 usable.
64 bit op
Windows 7 Operating System
Internet Explorer is my browser.

The last week or so I have had a lot of difficulty loading pages and am constantly getting the "Internet Explorer cannot find page" code. I have run virus..AVG free edition, and come up clean. I have defragged ad nauseum.
I just ran Malwarebytes and here is the log...came up clean:

I have ATT wireless and it is constantly showing at excellent as far as receiving signal, and yet pages either load fast, then alternate to not loading at all or timing out, etc.

If anyone has any ideas or fixes, please let me know!
