creating a folder on a local machine from FTP site

I have established an FTP server for data exchange for my offices projects.

I have a ftp address, a username and password for it also.

I want to backup this ftp site to a specific location on one of my servers located in the office.
I also want to do this on a regular basis and not have to click update everyday.

Any ideas??
