Thanks jacee.
I read the article but my firewall is configured the right way.
It just gets turned off when i shutdown and I can't browse the internet when I turn it on.
I have to disable it and enable it again to get it to work.

Any time a security program gets turned off and you are not doing it makes me think of spyware or malware. Make sure your antivirus is active and update and do a completed scan. I would also add Super Anti Spyware free and Malwarebytes Anti Malware free and run complete scans one program at a time. Also keep windows updated.
