PLEASE HELP! antimalware doctor virus. HOW DO I GET RID OF IT

so this stupid virus downloaded onto my windows vista laptop. ive tried everything to get rid of it. ive researced and went to many different sites in order to get this resolved... PROBLEM. the virus will not allow me to open ANYTHING on my computer. i cant get to any websites from my laptop, i cant open any word files (so there go transfering the information thru a usb drive or cd/dvd disk) im am very aggravated and need your help to help me get this resolved i have midterms due and all my files are located on that laptopn and i cant access any of them..

PLEAS HELP ME!!!

Try downloading and using the SUPERAntiSpyware Portable Scanner in Safe Mode. Save the randomly named file (i.e. SAS_1710895.COM) to a usb drive or CD and transfer to the infected computer. Then double-click on it to launch and scan. The file is randomly named to help keep malware from blocking the scanner.
