permanent blue screen

I'm on xp home E.sp2,after having a blue screen when I start a game I deleted that game,steel got the blue screen,I checked help and they advise me to run check disk I did and now I have a permanent blue screen I cannot access safe mode:
"Disable or uninstall any anti-virus,disk defragmentation or backup utilities.Check your hard drive configuration,and check for any updated drivers.RunCHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption,and then restart your computer".
Technical information:***stop:oxoooooo24 (0x00190203,0x87331848,0xc0000102,0x00000000)
please help

Follow the directions for downloading/creating the XP Recovery Console CD.

Then...run the chkdsk /r command from the Recovery Console.

thanks Louis but I can't access to windows or anything beside this blue screen,I can not get to safe mode,only the page asking to open normal windows-safe mode-last working situation etc... when I enter to open windows the blue screen come back.
