Hi BleepingComputer,
Love the website and appreciate all that you guys put out.
I recently bought a new laptop at Best Buy. I bought an ASUS and it did not work out so I exchanged it for a Toshiba A665. This laptop has an "8 hr battery" that is bigger than a regular battery and protrudes about an inch out of the back.
My laptop's battery is loose and is causing problems. The apparent one is the jiggling and it is annoying. More serious is the jiggling is also causing mini "crashes". I'll explain; anyone who has had a serious computer crash can describe the way their computer acted ie, "everything froze and the computer started buzzing".
My mini crashes are just like this; freeze and buzzing-- but only it lasts for about 1 second. There is another problem too. Flash regularly crashes and most of the time it is after one of these mini crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled flash and it still crashes. It does not happen too often (1-2 times a day) but it is worrying. It's got me really stressed out because I know these types of problems only get worse and these mini freezes could cause serious harm.

Is there something I could do about this or should I go to Best Buy and exchange this one too?

I'd exchange it. That's a serious flaw.
This link may help you see if it's the correct battery.
