I think I have a memory eater virus, something with delphi

I have just downloaded the trial AVG software. It has taken most of the viruses off of my computer; however, I think I still have one left. When the computer is turned on I get a box that pops up and says "Hello world" then the next line says something to the affect of "adding 10 and 20", the third line "answer: 30". the first line has a c: prompt. This virus seems to keep the computer running slow. If anyone knows how to delete this virus I would greatly appreciate the help.

Thanks in advance.

If you need more information please let me know. (i was trying to add a screen print but I am not sure how to do it.)
