i wonder can anyone give me some help about what is happening?

when i right click my wireless internet connection to troubleshoot, usually done when the internet connection drops or goes into limited access mode, i right click to troubleshoot and clear caches etc, over the last 2 days i have been getting the following error

an error occurred while troubleshooting

an unexpected error has occurred. The troubleshooting wizard cannot continue.

any information on how to fix this would be appreciated, i cant really format the laptop as it is my work engine and has a lot of critical files on it
