About a week ago I noticed the Symantec AntiVirus scan found a Boot.Mebroot Trojan. Since then I have tried to clean it myself with no luck.
I have a:
Dell Precision T5400
Windows XP SP 3

I have tried using Spybot and Malwarebytes. I ran Spybot in safemode but I do not recall running Malwarebytes like that. While I am patiently waiting for help, I will run it in Safe Mode.
