I just bought a new Gateway pc with the Intel I3 chip in it over the weekend, and I'm having trouble with my PC staying connected to my HDTV. My new PC came with a HDMI output, so I figured it would be nice to take advantage of it and use my PC on my HDTV especially when I'm watching videos. It works fine when I first boot up the PC. The problem I'm having is when I change the channel on my TV to use my PS3 or or look at TV, the signal from my PC to the TV via the HDMI cable dies and doesn't come back unless I reboot the PC. It has an integrated Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator HD video card in it, and it has the most current drivers already installed on it. Does anyone have any idea of how to fix this problem?
