Hello there! I am new to BC, was actually referred to this by a tech guy... Basically I have a bad situation here. My PC is seriously infected and I am having trouble getting rid of the bugs. It is trying to get me to purchase antivirus. I cannot run my own antivirus, I get a message saying that it is infected. I cannot get on my internet, because I am told that the websites can harm my pc. I do get porno.com and viagra popups, which the tech told me actually are more viruses. I have tried to restart in safe mode and run MBAM from there (has worked once before) but it is not catching the problem. He told me to download rkill and combo fix from another computer and store on flash drive and run them on my pc. I am a little worried though, I see that I can really hurt my pc if I am not 100% sure what I am doing. Help please!
