I am running Windows XP SP2, AMD Dual Core 4200+, 2g RAM

I had various malware/spyware supposedly removed by support techs from our ISP who offers desktop support, but it is obvious they didn't remove everything and don't know how to do so.
I ran MS Security Essentials last night (which I'm required to scan with regularly because I telecommute).
It found Win 32/Alureon.H. It says that is "disinfected" the virus, but doesn't tell me what that means. BUT it also says it found that same virus on 06/26/10 and disinfected it then, so I'm wondering if this is a recurring problem.
MS also found other viruses. If you want me to list them I will.
I would like to know what viruses and spyware are still on my system (if any) and how to remove them.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
