Hi, I'm having a problem with our company's server. It suddenly can't access the shared printers from other Client PCs.
I tried to connect it using ip address and via computer name but no avail. It doesn't prompt me log on screen for the username and password. By the way the client PC is connected in domain and 1 of the sever is also connected in domain and the other one is in workgroup but both server can't access the shared printer.
Pls. help me.

Thanks in advance!
