i hope this is a good place to ask this question, i have windows xp as an OS and it had windows defender on it which was deleted accidentally, how can i reinstall it ?

You can get it here, but defender really wasn't much of an anti-malware product. It's always had very low detection ratings.

You might want to consider a better anti-malware program like Malwarebytes

Thank you its just that an annoying message keeps popping up during the start up, i really want to get rid of it. :thumbsup:

Uninstalling Windows Defender in XP by running the uninstall command option from Run

If you reinstall and just want to turn it off, see How to Disable Windows Defender.
