I am running Windows Vista 32 Bit Home edition. I have AVG Free Antivirus software installed, also have Malwarebytes installed, plus Superantispyware installed. When I run a AVG scan my computer shuts down completely. I also install the program from myFasterPC.com did the scan only to find that I had to purchase the program in order to fix the problems it found. I then uninstalled the program, and now every time I start my computer I get a window to upgrade, cancle or uninstall myFasterPC.com. Anyone have any ideas or fixes that I can use.

Did you uninstall from
Click Start Control Panel Programs Uninstall a program My Faster PC

If so try reinstalling then use Revo Uninstaller:

1.Please download Revo Uninstaller.
2.Extract the ZIP file to a folder and run revouninstaller.exe from there! (You can copy that folder to an USB Mass storage drive and use it without any installation required!)
3.There are two ways to uninstall programs with Revo Uninstaller:
Important: Please, try to close the application you want to uninstall first!
Select the application in the list of installed applications and press the Uninstall button in the toolbar.
Right-click the application and click the Uninstall command in the displayed menu. Follow the instructions.

Thank you boopme I will try this. I also went into msconfig/startup and unchecked it, so now it don't show up anymore when I start the computer up. But it still bugs me knowing that it is there, so I will try you recommendations to remove. Thanks, Terry Tomera
