For the last three days, while surfing the web, I am occasionally redirected to a site I did not intend to go to. It only happens about one time out of ten. The address is always different, but there is usually the familiar Google logo, but unlike the real google the sites are generally crowded and poorly constructed.

I have been running Microsoft Security Essentials (MSSE) for AV. I did a full scan and it found nothing. Then I downloaded AdAware and it also found nothing except for a dozen or so browser cookies. On a lark, I ran a second full MSSE scan and it found a virus, I don't remember what it was called. However, the browser continues to be redirected. I don't know what else to do. Please help.
