My system currently cannot access the internet using a browser. It can use AIM, and I am able to access my email through Outlook, but this is the extent of my usage.

The follow error happens when I attempt to access the internet:

You are not authorized to view this page

You might not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied.

If you believe you should be able to view this directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail address or phone number that may be listed on the www.404ads.net:8000 home page.

You can click Search to look for information on the Internet.

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
Internet Explorer

This happens no matter what site I try to access, google, anything else, causing me to have to send even this message through my boyfriend's computer.

Adaware and Panda Virus are unable to solve this problem.

The following is my HijackThis log.
