All of a sudden my toolbars in MS IE 8 got a black background so I cannot read the titles.

I use Windows XP SP3.

How do I fix this?

PS: I found the answer. I went to Start-Settings-Theme. Then I changed the Theme to Classic Windows and now all is back to normal. I still don't know why it changed.
