Hello i recently had to fix my computer from a blue screen using chkdsk and now im wondering if there is any way to make my desktop to load any faster because it takes almost a minute for all the icons and services to load. Before it was only taking 15-20 seconds . I have not installed any new software and im running windows xp sp3..

any possible solutions would be greatly appreciated.
