Hi All,

I have been referred to this site when researching a problem with multiple emails being generated by my computer.

I have run combofix a couple of times, and the issue seems to resolve for a while. I need more serious help.

Thanks,

Midelan.

Welcome to BC!

Please post about your problem in this forum:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/f/14/web-browsingemail-and-other-internet-applications/

It will be important to know if this happens when you use a E-mail application (e.g. Outlook Express) or on-line, what application (s) you use, and what E-mail provider. The more information you can provide, the sooner the problem can be resolved.
Regards,
John

Hi John,
To answer your question, it happens when I connect to the internet.
I have noticed that it happens when the broadband link goes idle for some time. When I connect and do email downloading or the Bitdefender updates, I don't see the BD scanning all the emails. The moment the donwloading is finished the malware takes over the connection.

PS. Spybot did not find anything, and find below the log of the last run of the Combofix. Looking forward to some tips to get rid of this annoyance.
Note: (some/most of) the other logs are also available if needed.

Thanks a million.
Regards
Michel
