please could somebody help i can receive e-mails but cannot send them on thunderbird (3.0.5.)sorry new to this i am getting message relaying not allowed please use smtp auth

Do you receive any error messages? If so, post the entire message.

Double-check that you have set up the account in TB correctly and that you have followed the instructions provided by your E-mail provider. E-mail set up is very finicky about dotting the i's, and a typo often is the cause of problems.
