TASK MANAGER PROBLEMO!!!

I am unable to access task manager.whenever i press ctrl+alt+del it displays the message that the task manager has been disabled.kindly help.THANK U in advance

Can you access www.microsoft.com?

Update your AV program?

Run regedit?

System manufacturer and model?

Often a sign of some kind of infection.
