When I turn on my Dell desktop, I get a message as above. It says windows shut down to avoid damage and to remove any new hardware intalled. I haven't added any, except updated Adobe several days ago. It was working fine last night. I have tried starting in safe mode, restore to when last worked, etc...... but windows won't
open and I can't get to desktop, control panel, etc...............
