Hi
My name is Bill. I've tried to follow all the directions but am running into problems. I wa unable to run GMER to obtain those logs. I also have the dds logs and a Hijack this log. My problem is that My browser is being redirected when I click on a search topic. Like so many others it is usually with Google search results as well as Yahoo search results being redirected to shopping sites. I think it occured after I answered an online survey? any help will be appreciated.
Please let me know where I should go for this or to attach the logs ?
thank you

Hello,

Please post the DDS logs. Once you have, I'll merge them to your initial post and remove my post so your topic won't get lost.
