Hello,

I recently experienced an onslaught of virus activity while using the Yahoo search engine. A screen popped up 2 days ago which said that Windows Security has been damaged by viruses in which 3 are in Shared Documents, 9 in My Documents, and 12 in the hard drive (C:). This was puzzling since I don't have Windows protection any longer because Microsoft no longer offers that service. I loaded Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 three months ago. Now I'm wondering whether all of the viruses are gone or could some still be embedded in my computer. I'ver already run ComboFix if someone would like to look at it. Really appreciate any help that an expert can offer. Thanks.

Bo

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<== starting at step 6.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Since you have run ComboFix, please include the ComboFix log in the new topic. Please be sure to include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to try to resolve them.

If you cannot produce any of the other logs, then please create the new topic anyway, include the information that you were unable to produce the other logs and why and include the ComboFix log along with a description of your computer issues.
