APOLOGIES - I'll repost in the correct section!

Hi All,

I've had a problem I have caught from somewhere - I'm on Windows 7 home premium, and usually use Mozilla Firefox for browsing, but i have now picked up a very annoying google redirect virus so that all links google offers are redirected through roads-traffic.com and then various sites for not related things. Its also stopping searches on oter engines like Bing and again on other browsers like IE8 ( i tried reinstalling mozilla but this didnt fix it)

Ive seen there is another recent post with this same problem, but i believe i have tried most things to cure it, but have not been able to fix it!

So far i have downloaded and run malwarebytes, superantispyware, spybot - search and destroy and hitman pro 3.5, but to no avail!

Ive also tryed various rkill.exe programmes and registry cleaners with CCleaner, but again no luck (i have removed quite a few trojans and other nasties with spybot and malwarebytes, but still have the google redirect problem)

Can anyone offer any advice? Im happy to run anti virus software again and provide the reports! Happy to try anything really!

Many thanks,
Andrew

havent had any luck with the tdsskiller - doesnt find anything at all. does anyone know why my computer is also redirecting a youtube log in through google and then blocking it?

Havent got a clue what to try next with this - i seem to be in a loop for doing full scans with malware bytes and super anti spyware, trying to run rkill and tdsss killers and ccleaner, and not getting anywhere at all!

Anyone have any thoughts?
