I have an HP pavilion, windows 7 home edition. When I try to start my computer, it locks up. Sometimes it locks at windows start screen, sometimes at log on screen, and sometimes, if it does log on, it shows a blank screen. Lately, I can only usually start in safe mode, then monkey with it from there. Help?!!?!!?!!

Fairly new, I bought it at the beginning of this year. It worked fine for a long time, but not now. I hate to shut down from the button, but it just hangs there.

Also, I use Panda Internet 2010 for security. Could this be a problem?

Call HP for support, as it is still under warranty.
