Unknown issues Ready for some Bleepingcomputer.com Help

My computer has had all kind sof problems from folders renaming to system root movement of user files, and lastly after reformating it keeps fingerprints in my bio metrics.

EDIT: Moved from XP to more appropriate Am I Infected forum ~ Hamluis.

System manufacturer and model?

When was this reformat performed?

Content of error messages?

Toshiba, G35 AV600, pretty sure it is spyware, or malware, but because I installed antivirus after these problems I don't know.

Reformat last done by recovery CDs about 1 month ago.

No error messages just folders moving, Id permissions changing, and recycler folder if you set windows folders to view hidden fles and folders, usually with a couple of s-1-.... folders in there. But again no antivirus is picking these up.
