I opened my Windows Vista this morning and encountered this error.

Logon process has failed to create the security options dialog
Failure - Security Options

I noticed that it was booting very long and when I reached the login password area and entered my password. Another long booting process happened. Then the message appeared. I have no choice but to hard reboot my PC once again and loaded on safe mode, turned it off again and booted again this time it loaded normally again.

Is there something I should be aware of in here? Should I be concerned about this error message or should I just ignore the message?
