In addition to sites I've recently visited, my browser's address bar dropdown shows files I've recently opened. Today I noticed that one of them is kaka:// followed by a file path that leads to jnjhux.exe. Is this something I should be worried about?

I ran a quick scan with Malwarebytes and nothing came up.

Hello, there is like nothing about this other than some Brazilian football midfielder who currently plays for Real Madrid , The exe file gas no info... Are you experiencing any ,alware symptoms?? Redirects popups etc...?
Do you have the full path?
Search and see if that exe file exists on the PC.
