I can't access "My Computer" or other windows explorer items such as "Recycle Bin" or "Control Panel". I don't get any kind of error message, it just won't open them; when I click on the icons nothing happens. I can open open other non-windows programs, but only ones in my taskbar, on my desktop or pinned to my start menu (not from the "All Programs" tab, which won't highlight). Just started doing this like 2 days ago. Ran Iobit Security and AVG Anti-Virus Free and they removed 2 items, but this did not change anything.

As this issue appears to be resolved I am closing the topic. Please send me a PM if you would like the topic re-opened.
