I have a Sony Vaio laptop with Vista Home Premium on it. I want to reinstall Vista to begin with a fresh installation (from scratch sort of thing). I have a copy of Upgrade Vista Home Premium SP1 , not the original one.

Can I use the Product Key on the bottom of the laptop to use with the Vista Upgrade copy?

If so, how do I go about doing this? I've read a few posts and been to MS Vista site but am still a bit confused.
