Windows XP SP3 on a PC

I use the OverDrive Media Console to download audiobooks from the library. I am able to download MP3 audiobooks but when I attempted to download a WMA audiobook I got an error message 0xC00D2711 about the DRM component. I attempted to use the Windows Media Player Security Upgrade in the "tools' of the OverDrive Media Console but it didn't work. When I went to the Microsoft page for the upgrade the button wasn't clickable.

I used both IE7 and Firefox and it didn't work on both.

Is there another way of getting the upgrade to work?
