Is the installation media clean?

File mentioned is a valid Windows file, http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/filedb/cyy...s.chm-4099.html.

Seems to be a problem encountered by some users trying to use slipstreamed CDs to install XP. FWIW: I used slipstreamed CDs to install XP any number of times, with no problems at all. May be an issue with initial source of slipstreamed Windows files.

Worth A Read.
