Welcome to BC, If you are talking about wifi and not cellular internet (such as 3G) then here are some steps to diagnos and repair a wifi signal problem: well first where is your router many things can affect a routers signal strength and reliability, some things include florescent lights or brick walls and how far you are located from the router. Also other electronics can affect it, what is your routers manufacturer and model? If it has external antennas then make sure they are positioned properly, and make sure the router is unobstructed.
