Building An Amp

I want to build a Guitar amp (2x12 Combo):
Hopefully, it will valve state.
It needs these controls:
Volume & Tone.
I would like a pair of Celestion G12H Heritage speakers
Pre amp Valves :3x ECC83
Power amp Valves :2x 6CA7, EL34 or 6L6

Anyone know where to start? I have never build one before...


It might be nice to play around with the idea of different Celestion speakers - i was thinking greenbacks...
Also, I would like it wired like a Dickinson 2X12 Combo
