I have a New T-Mobile 3G Slide phone that is Wi-Fi capable. I have a home network that is working properly and all computers on the network have internet access.
Now, when I logon to my network and go to my browser I immediately get an error from "[topic="The URL which produced the error message."]http://actsvr.comcastonline.com/nocache/realactsvr.html
[/topic]" telling me, " Your operating system is not supported by Comcast's Installation Wizard. Please call 1-800-COMCAST to setup your account.
I called COMCAST and they said, "Huh?
" After clearing their heads they told me that my modem was working fine and I had no problem with them.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so what was the solution?
